Restorative Health is a group psychotherapy practice with the goal of offering more than traditional mental health care. We believe that people are wonderful and complex, allowing for many different avenues of treatment. We aim to help people build on what they already know, or help them learn new things to help them improve their wellbeing and meet their goals.

Our Services
Individual Therapy
Our approach to mental health treatment is holistic and client-centered. We strive to meet you where you are, working to achieve the goals you have for yourself. We believe all areas of life contribute to our overall mental and physical health.
Individual therapy is offered in person in Milan, South Lyon, and via telehealth.
Medication Management
Gwen provides medication management for mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder. A psychiatric evaluation will take place, followed by medication reviews every 2-12 weeks depending on your progress and needs. Appointments are available in person in Milan or via telehealth.
Family & Couples Therapy
We offer therapy for couples and families with children three and up. We work to identify and change unhealthy patterns, improve communication, and provide a safe space to navigate difficult conversations. This service is available in person in Milan, South Lyon, and via telehealth.
Rates & Insurance
Restorative Health accepts both insurance and out of pocket payments. Out of pocket payments are available for those who do not have access to mental coverage through their insurance provider.
The out of pocket fee is $125 per session.
If you are using your insurance plan, please check your coverage to make sure your plan covers outpatient mental health services. Your insurance should also be able to tell you if your deductible applies to these services or if you have a copay or coinsurance.
Please know that not every provider is able to accept all of the above insurance plans. Our intake coordinator can help you navigate your options and answer your questions.
We accept cash, check, credit card, and online payments for copays, deductibles and full fee services.
