My approach blends transpersonal, humanistic, CBT, & EMDR modalities. As a yoga & meditation teacher, I integrate mindfulness into sessions to manage ADHD, anxiety & trauma. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals & am Poly/ENM & Kink-affirming, offering a safe, inclusive space for those with alternative spiritualities and lifestyles.

What are your hobbies? 
One of my favorite pastimes is LARP (Live Action Role Play), where I collaborate with friends to create immersive fantasy worlds, develop rich storylines, and bring characters to life—often through the art of sword fighting, and other forms of combat.

What is one thing about me people may not know?  
I spent five years as a professional fire performer and acrobat. 

What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?  
Moving my body with yoga, dance or weight lifting instantly brightens my day, helping me feel grounded, energized, and refreshed.  

Do you have any pets? 
I share my home with my dog, Ollie, and my cat, Binx, who may not be visible to clients but are always present with them in spirit, quietly offering their love and healing energy when we are in sessions.
