Chrissie Bingham

LLPC

She/Her

I believe the connection between one’s mind, body, and spirit is essential. Within therapy, we work to recognize thought patterns and behaviors that trigger unwanted emotions or reactions from the outside world. Through this awareness, you will be empowered to choose a higher state of being. By drawing out your strengths you can create a peaceful reality for yourself as you move through life’s obstacles with grace. Within my practice, I utilize not only talk therapy but yoga, meditation, and creative expression to work through depression or anxiety. For many people, creativity cultivates a deeper understanding of the Self. By acting as a mirror I enable my clients to get to know every part of themselves, even the parts hidden under layers of fear, sadness, anger or shame. I am here to bear witness to your story as it unfolds, without judgment. My greatest joy as a counselor is to uncover the transcendent aspects of the human experience to make one’s reality more meaningful.

Rowan Anastastia

LLMSW

She/Her

As an out and proud transwoman therapist, Rowan is LGBTQUIA+ positive, kink & poly positive, and pagan and alternative faith positive. All around, she’s pretty positive!

Rowan channels that positivity into a strength-based therapy perspective centered around praising what you are doing right, starting with having the strength and courage to begin the healing journey of therapy.

Therapy with Rowan is centered on re-establishing connection with the parts of yourself that have become trapped in fear, shame, or guilt. By coming into relationship and appreciation for these parts, you can finally begin the process of switching from feeling “stuck” to aligning yourself with happiness strategies better suited for you now!

She is currently serving adult clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.
