Our approach to mental health treatment is holistic and client-centered. We strive to meet you where you are, working to achieve the goals you have for yourself. We believe all areas of life contribute to our overall mental and physical health. For this reason, we may recommend more nontraditional interventions, such as building more support, making changes in your diet, or altering things in your day to day life. We also use techniques from more traditional mental health treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). It is important to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. We offer a relaxed, fun, & comfortable environment.
