Nick Anastasia, LLMSW

Currently accepting new patients for Milan and Whitmore Lake via Telehealth

As a practitioner, Nick is a LGBTQUIA+ positive, kink & poly positive, and pagan and alternative faith positive therapist. All around, he’s pretty positive! Nick channels that positivity into a strength-based therapy perspective centered around praising what you are doing right, starting with finding the strength and courage to begin the healing journey of therapy. In order to do all of this, Nick utilizes an integrated model of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family System Paradigm Therapy (“Parts” Therapy). Therapy with Nick is centered on re-establishing connection with parts of yourself that have become trapped in fear, shame, or guilt. By coming into relationship and appreciation for these parts, you can finally begin the process of switching from feeling “stuck” to aligning yourself with happiness strategies better suited for you now! He is currently serving adult clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.

Nick is able to accept the following insurance plans: BCBS, Aetna, Michigan Medicaid, and Meridian.

Chrissie Bingham, LLPC

Currently accepting new patients via telehealth

I believe the connection between one’s mind, body, and spirit is essential. Within therapy, we work to recognize thought patterns and behaviors that trigger unwanted emotions or reactions from the outside world. Through this awareness, you will be empowered to choose a higher state of being. By drawing out your strengths you can create a peaceful reality for yourself as you move through life’s obstacles with grace. Within my practice, I utilize not only talk therapy but yoga, meditation, and creative expression to work through depression or anxiety. For many people, creativity cultivates a deeper understanding of the Self. By acting as a mirror I enable my clients to get to know every part of themselves, even the parts hidden under layers of fear, sadness, anger or shame. I am here to bear witness to your story as it unfolds, without judgment. My greatest joy as a counselor is to uncover the transcendent aspects of the human experience to make one’s reality more meaningful.

Chrissie is not able to work with insurance plans and can only accept out of pocket rates at this time.
